We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of job listings, nor do we guarantee employment outcomes. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update this information as necessary. When you upload your resume or other documents to Radiant, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely for operating our service. You retain all ownership rights to your content and may delete it at any time. Radiant is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access to your content.
